10:1 [3] 弟兄們，我心裡切切盼望的，並且為以色列人向　神祈求的，是要他們得救。

。 Hviati aq, goar ee sym sor ieaix, sor ngrbang`ee, chietchied ui Ysekliet-laang (Israelites) ka goar ee Sioxngtex kikiuu ee, ciuxsi yn ee titkiux.

。 兄弟 aq, goar ee 心 所 意愛, 所 向望(盼望)`ee, 切切 為 以色列-人(Israelites) ka goar ee 上帝 祈求 ee, 就是 yn(他們) ee 得救.

[NIV] Brothers, my heart's desire and prayer to God for the Israelites is that they may be saved.

10:2 [3] 我可以為他們作證，他們對　神有熱心，但不是按著真見識；

。 Goar extaxng thoex yn zoex kiernzexng, yn tuix Sioxngtex u toa ee jiedsym; zorng`si yn ee jiedsym mxsi ciaotiøh cyn ee tieseg;

。 Goar extaxng(能夠) 替 yn(他們) 做 見證, yn(他們) 對 上帝 u 大 ee 熱心; 總`是 yn(他們) ee 熱心 mxsi 照著 真 ee 知識;

[NIV] For I can testify about them that they are zealous for God, but their zeal is not based on knowledge.

10:3 [1] 因為不知道　神的義、想要立自己的義、就不服　神的義了。

。 In’ui mxbad Sioxngtex ee gi, hoafntngr sviuxboeq kiernlip kaki ee gi, ciu bøo hanghok Sioxngtex ee gi laq.

。 因為 mxbad(不識) 上帝 ee 義, 反轉(反倒) 想要 建立 家己(自己) ee 義, 就 bøo(無) 降服 上帝 ee 義 laq.

[NIV] Since they did not know the righteousness that comes from God and sought to establish their own, they did not submit to God's righteousness.

10:4 [1] 律法的總結就是基督、使凡信他的都得著義。

。 In’ui ludhoad ee kietbøea ciuxsi Kitog, boeq ho sofu sixn ee laang lorng e tittiøh gi.

。 因為 律法 ee 結尾 就是 基督, boeq(要) ho 所有 信 ee 人 攏(都) e(會) 得著 義.

[NIV] Christ is the end of the law so that there may be righteousness for everyone who believes.

救恩給全人類

10:5 [1] 摩西寫著說、『人若行那出於律法的義、就必因此活著。』

[3] 論到出於律法的義，摩西寫著說：“遵行這些事的人就必因這些事而活。

。 Luxnkaux Ludhoad ee gi, Mosef(Moses) siar korng, “Laang na kviaa ciah’ee ludhoad ee gi, y ciu boeq in’ui cit’ee Ludhoad laai oah.”

。 論到 律法 ee 義, 摩西(Moses) 寫 講, “人 若 行 這些 律法 ee 義, y 就 boeq(要) 因為 這個 律法 來 活.”

[NIV] Moses describes in this way the righteousness that is by the law: "The man who does these things will live by them."

10:6 [1] 惟有出於信心的義如此說、『你不要心裏說、誰要升到天上去呢．就是要領下基督來．

。 Taxnsi hit’ee zhud ti sirnsym ee gi afnny korng, “Lie simlai mxthafng afnny korng, ‘Symmih laang boeq pehcviu thvy aq?’ (ciuxsi boeq ka Kitog zhoa` løqlaai.)”

。 但是 那個 出 ti 信心 ee 義 afnny 講, “Lie 心內 mxthafng(不要) afnny 講, ‘甚麼 人 boeq(要) 爬上 天 aq?’ (就是 boeq(要) ka 基督 zhoa(帶)`落來(`下來).)”

[NIV] But the righteousness that is by faith says: "Do not say in your heart, 'Who will ascend into heaven?'" (that is, to bring Christ down)

10:7 [1] 誰要下到陰間去呢．就是要領基督從死裏上來。』

。 “Ia mxthafng afnny korng, ‘Symmih laang boeq løh chim’iefn aq?’ (ciuxsi boeq ka Kitog tuy sylaang-tiofng zhoa`khylaai.)”

。 “Ia(也) mxthafng(不要) afnny 講, ‘甚麼 人 boeq(要) 落(下) 深淵 aq?’ (就是 boeq(要) ka 基督 tuy(從) 死人-中 zhoa(帶)`起來(`上來).)”

[7] 「也-講：『甚物人會落去陰府？』」(就是死人中間基督起來)。

[NIV] "or 'Who will descend into the deep?'" (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead).

10:8 [1] 他到底怎麼說呢．他說、『這道離你不遠、正在你口裏、在你心裏。』就是我們所傳信主的道。

。 Y taotoea korng symmih leq? Y korng, “Sioxngtex ee oe li lie cinkun, si ti lie ee zhuix, si ti lie ee sym,” Zef ciuxsi goarn teq thoankorng ee sirnsym ee tø;

。 Y 到底 講 甚麼 leq? Y 講, “上帝 ee 話 離 lie 真近, si ti lie ee 嘴, si ti lie ee 心,” 這 就是 goarn(阮/我們) teq 傳講 ee 信心 ee 道;

[NIV] But what does it say? "The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart," that is, the word of faith we are proclaiming:

10:9 [1] 你若口裏認耶穌為主、心裏信　神叫他從死裏復活、就必得救．

。 Ciuxsi lie na eng zhuix sengjin “Iasof si Zuo,” simlai siongsixn, Sioxngtex ho Y tuy sylaang-tiofng køh’oah, lie ciu e tittiøh kiux.

。 就是 lie 若 用 嘴 承認 “耶穌 si 主,” 心內 相信, 上帝 ho Y tuy(從) 死人-中 復活, lie 就 e(會) 得著 救.

[6] 就是你若用嘴認耶穌做主，用心信上帝伊死人中起來，就會得救。

[NIV] That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

10:10 [1] 因為人心裏相信、就可以稱義．口裏承認、就可以得救。

。 In’ui laang na ti simlai siongsixn, ciu e siu zhefng zoex gi; køq eng zhuix sengjin, ciu boeq titkiux.

。 因為 人 若 ti 心內 相信, 就 e(會) 受 稱 做 義; køq 用 嘴 承認, 就 boeq(要) 得救.

[NIV] For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.

10:11 [1] 經上說、『凡信他的人、必不至於羞愧。』

。 In’ui Serngkefng korng, “Kviena sirnkhøx Y ee laang, bøe tiekaux kiernsiaux.”

。 因為 聖經 講, “見若(凡是) 信靠 Y ee 人, bøe(未/不) 致到 見笑(羞愧).”

[NIV] As the Scripture says, "Anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame."

10:12 [1] 猶太人和希利尼人、並沒有分別．因為眾人同有一位主、他也厚待一切求告他的人．

。 Iuthaix-laang kab goaxpafng-laang lorng bøo hunpiet; in’ui zernglaang lorng u kaang cidee Zuo, Y honghofng-huohux suohog ho sofu kiuu Y ee laang.

。 猶太-人 kab 外邦-人 攏(都) bøo(無) 分別; 因為 眾人 攏(都) u kaang(同) 一個 主, Y 豐豐-富富 賜福 ho 所有 求 Y ee 人.

[NIV] For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile—the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him,

10:13 [1] 因為『凡求告主名的、就必得救。』

。 In’ui “kviena kiukiøx Y ee miaa`ee, lorng boeq tittiøh kiux.

。 因為 “見若(凡是) 求叫 Y ee 名`ee, 攏(都) boeq(要) 得著 救.

[NIV] for, "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."

10:14 [1] 然而人未曾信他、怎能求他呢．未曾聽見他、怎能信他呢．沒有傳道的、怎能聽見呢。

。 Taxnsi yn na bøo sixn, nar exhiao kiukiøx Y neq? Yn na mxbad thviaf-tiøh Y, nar e sixn Y neq? Na bøo laang thoantø ho yn, yn boeq afnzvoar e thviaf`kvix?

。 但是 yn(他們) 若 bøo(無) 信, nar(那/怎) 會曉(曉得) 求叫 Y neq? Yn(他們) 若 不曾 聽著 Y, nar(那/怎) e(會) 信 Y neq? 若 bøo 人 傳道 ho yn(他們), yn(他們) boeq(要) 按怎(怎能) e(會) 聽`見?

[NIV] How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them?

10:15 [1] 若沒有奉差遣、怎能傳道呢．如經上所記、『報福音傳喜信的人、他們的腳蹤何等佳美。』

。 Na bølaang hong zhekhiern, nar uxlaang thafng thoaan leq? Ciu chinchviu Serngkefng sor kiezaix`ee, “Thoaan hok’ym , pøx høfsiausid ee laang, yn ee khapo si joaxniq-suie aq!”

。 若 無人 奉 差遣, nar(那/怎) 有人 thafng(能) 傳 leq? 就 親像(就像) 聖經 所 記載`ee, “傳 福音 , 報 好消息 ee 人, yn(他們) ee 腳步 si 若呢(多麼)-水(美) aq!”

[NIV] And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, "How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!"

10:16 [3] 但並不是所有的人都順從福音，因為以賽亞說：“主啊，我們所傳的，有誰信呢？”

。 Mxkuo mxsi sofu ee laang lorng thviacioong hok’ym, in’ui Ysaeaf(Isaih) u afnny korng, “Zuo aq, goarn sor thoaan`ee, u symmih laang siongsixn leq?”

。 Mxkuo(不過) mxsi 所有 ee 人 攏 聽從 福音, 因為 以賽亞(Isaih) u afnny 講, “主 aq, goarn(阮) 所 傳`ee, u 甚麼 人 相信 leq?”

[NIV] But not all the Israelites accepted the good news. For Isaiah says, "Lord, who has believed our message?"

10:17 [1] 可見信道是從聽道來的、聽道是從基督的話來的。

。 Afnny, sixn si tuy thviaf tø laai`ee; thviaf tø si tuy Kitog ee oe laai`ee.

。 Afnny, 信 si tuy(從) 聽 道 來`ee; 聽 道 si tuy(從) 基督 ee 話 來`ee.

[NIV] Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word of Christ.

10:18 [1] 但我說、人沒有聽見麼．誠然聽見了．『他們的聲音傳遍天下、他們的言語傳到地極。』

。 Taxnsi, goar boeq mng, “Yn kiarm cincviax mxbad thviaf`kvix maq? Tongjieen yn u thviaf`kvix; ‘Yn ee svia’ym thoanphiexn thviha, yn ee gienguo thoankaux texkek.’”

。 但是, goar boeq(要) 問, “Yn 豈 真正 不曾 聽`見 maq? 當然 yn((他們) u 聽`見; ‘Yn(他們) ee 聲音 傳遍 天下, yn(他們) ee 言語 傳到 地極.’”

[NIV] But I ask: Did they not hear? Of course they did: "Their voice has gone out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world."

10:19 [1] 我再說、以色列人不知道麼．先有摩西說、『我要用那不成子民的、惹動你們的憤恨．我要用那無知的民、觸動你們的怒氣。』

。 Goar boeq køq mng, “Ysekliet-laang kiarm bøo bengpek? Taixsefng Mosef korng, ‘Goar boeq eng hiah’ee mxsi pehsvix`ee laai ho lirn oarntox; goar boeq eng hiah’ee bøty ee binzok laai ho lirn sviuxkhix.’”

。 Goar boeq(要) køq(再) 問, “以色列-人 豈 bøo(無) 明白? 代先(起先) 摩西 講, ‘Goar boeq(要) 用 那些 mxsi 百姓`ee 來 ho lirn(恁/你們) 怨妒; goar boeq(要) 用 那些 無知 ee 民族 來 ho lirn(恁/你們) 想氣(生氣).’”

[NIV] Again I ask: Did Israel not understand? First, Moses says, "I will make you envious by those who are not a nation; I will make you angry by a nation that has no understanding."

10:20 [1] 又有以賽亞放膽說、『沒有尋找我的、我叫他們遇見．沒有訪問我的、我向他們顯現。』

。 Ysaeaf(Isaiah) køq høftvar korng, “Mxbad zhøe goar`ee, goar boeq ho yn(他們) tuo`tiøh. Mxbad zhøexkiuu goar`ee, goar boeq ngx yn(他們) hiefnbeeng.”

。 以賽亞(Isaiah) køq 好膽 講, “不曾 找 goar`ee, goar boeq(要) ho yn 遇`著. 不曾 找求 goar`ee, goar boeq(要) 向 yn 顯明.”

[NIV] And Isaiah boldly says, "I was found by those who did not seek me; I revealed myself to those who did not ask for me."

10:21 [1] 至於以色列人、他說、『我整天伸手招呼那悖逆頂嘴的百姓。』

。 Taxnsi luxnkaux Ysekliet, y afnny korng, “Goar kuijit zhwn siangchiuo, ngx hit’ee pøexgek ee pehsvix ciøhof.”

。 但是 論到 以色列, y afnny 講, “Goar 歸日(整日) 伸 雙手, 向 那個 悖逆 ee 百姓 招呼.”

[NIV] But concerning Israel he says, "All day long I have held out my hands to a disobedient and obstinate people."
