1. (N) || 茼蒿。植物名。菊科茼蒿屬，一年生草本。高至一公尺，葉互生，邊緣有不規則羽狀分裂。頭狀花序，花黃色或白色。嫩莖及葉可食，為臺灣地區冬季盛產蔬菜之一。一般常用來搭配火鍋或鹹湯圓，由於莖葉的水分多，煮過後會大量失水，只剩一點點，會讓丈夫誤以為被妻子吃掉，所以又叫「拍某菜」。
